Wednesday

Got up and made a carafe of pumpkin spice coffee for Dave and I to share. He makes coffee all the time for us, so I thought it would only be fair for me to, sometimes, make the coffee. Once the computer was booted, I got parked on SL while getting Casey up, dressed, and fed. Dropped him off at school, then headed back home to take care of my free book and paid emails, as well as the gardening on ArcheAge.

Stopped by Burger King for some breakfast on my way to Onalaska to try doing work for either Uber Eats or DoorDash. It was a bit early, but I signed online for Uber Eats and went into Target to get a few things. I drove around for a bit afterward, with both apps running. DoorDash wouldn’t even let me begin a session, saying it was not busy in the area. Finally it showed they were busy and needed Dashers, so I was able to go online with them, too.

I ended up getting a request in from each at the same time, and went with DoorDash. In about 45 minutes I made 2 deliveries for over $16. It would be so much easier to make money if I didn’t have to worry about getting back to Tomah in time to pick Casey up from school.

Once done with the deliveries, I stopped in Walgreens to use their bathroom, and then headed back home. Mail had come, with my new clear glitter phone case, so I got that on my phone. I hadn’t been 100% satisfied with any of my phone cases so far, so I was hoping this one would be it. I laid a Sugar Skull sticker between the phone and case, but didn’t stick it to the phone. That way I could reuse it.

By the time I was done fiddling with my phone, it was time to go pick up Casey from school. Headed there and got him, then it was back home. I had him get on the toilet after showing him the new lip glosses I’d gotten for us. It was a Coca-Cola set and one looked like a little cup with a straw and ice cubes and everything, super cute.

Got back on ArcheAge and worked on running some Gilda Packs for gold. Took me longer than I would have liked, but got it done.

A Mario Kart game had come out for Android that morning, and I’d installed it on mine and Casey’s phones. I told Casey about it and he spent the rest of the evening doing super awesome on it.

Got him tucked into bed a little later than usual, because we were reading together for longer.

Got on Fallout 76 for the remainder of the night, and did a dungeon by myself. It was easy, I think I 1-shot killed the boss. I got tons of much-needed loot from everywhere inside, it’d be worth redoing on occasion just for the loots.

Once that was done, I ended up going to bed, even though it was about an hour early.
