So, after my last post about this, I got a phone call from the recruiter that they’d like me to come on Tuesday for an on-site assessment! I have to work on Tuesday, but I told her that if she could put me in and then she’ll call me if anything opens up on Wednesday.

I realize they can’t say anything about my belly, but I really feel it should be mentioned. Dave’s concerned that, whether they’d hire me to start immediately or wait until my leave is done, that they’d come up with some reason for me to not work there after my leave. And, as much as one would like to think they can’t do that, technically they could, they’d just have to give some other reason.
