I got up and got some coffee while the computer booted, then waited for Dave to drop Casey off. Once he was here and settled in, I got started on my free book & paid emails. Then it was time to head to my physical therapy appointment. I was shown some exercises to do at home and given a resistance band to do them with.
After physical therapy, we stopped at Walmart. I needed quarters, so we bought a couple cheap things so we could get some quarters back as change. The cashier was kind enough to give me an extra dollar’s worth.
Once home, I got started on laundry and talked to Colin for a while. I was finally able to tell him why I’d been pissed a few nights before when Brad and I had argued.
After Casey was tucked in for the night and I was in bed myself, I got a text from Brad. I was just starting to fall asleep when it came in. He was pissed about something but didn’t want to talk about it. I invited him over, then took a quick shower before going back to bed to wait for him there. As we were starting to do our thing, he says “Wuf ooo.” Seriously? We’re “not a couple” but then he says shit like that?? We really need to have that damn talk!
After we were done, we got into our usual sleeping position and went to sleep in each other’s arms. Cuz you know, that’s what people do when they’re “not a couple.”
