I got up ridiculously early for me, it was around 6am. I got some coffee while the computer booted, then hopped on Black Desert for the first part of the day. I took care of my free book & paid emails once they came in, then also was sure to take care of my ad-rating early.
I got to do a video call with Casey until I had to go get ready for work.
It turned out I was going to be working with Jodi, which was perfect since I’d only started feeling better the day before after the chaos of the prior weekend. The shift went well, with her knocking out most of the work. I kept saying I could do more, but she was happy to take on a bit extra so I wouldn’t backpedal. We were kind of behind on some things because we were so busy with customers, but that can’t be helped when it’s just the two of us working.
After work, her and I both headed over to another of the Kwik Trips for some things. Once I’d gotten the snacks I wanted, I headed home. I played around on Black Desert for a bit until I felt like I would be able to get some sleep.
