I got up and got my coffee while the computer booted, then got dressed while also getting Casey up, dressed, and fed. I dropped him off around the usual time, then headed back home. I spent some time looking through Facebook until my free book and paid emails had arrived, then took care of those before moving on to bill pay. After bill pay, I ran to Walmart for some groceries, then headed back home and got to work.
I powered through work while also keeping somewhat of an eye on Daniel and Jamie’s Facebook pages. Daniel had been in Tomah when he dropped Michael off at school and had left a post about karma being a bitch and people lying even though he knew the truth. She’d been posting a bunch of stuff indicating she was all depressed, though I doubted that was actually the case. But neither of them updated their relationship status.
I picked Casey up from school around the usual time, then had him get on the toilet when we got home. He finally actually went again, it had been way too long.
I’d been really wanting to see Brad again but didn’t want to bug him. I knew I was thinking about him more than I should. I’m not in love with him already or anything, but we have so much in common as well as perfect chemistry. Anyway, because of wanting to see him so much, I ended up finishing work earlier than usual.
I got Casey to bed around the same time as always, then went back to looking at Facebook. I wasn’t in the mood for anything else, really. I saw a friend request from Brian and went ahead and accepted it. It seems kind of silly since at this rate I don’t think we’ll ever even meet, but I suppose that doesn’t mean we can’t be friends.
After a short while of that, I started watching an episode each of NCIS and NCIS: New Orleans. I didn’t even realize that I would be all caught up after those, which was a relief. I thought I was going to be a few weeks behind again.
To round out the evening, Mindi and I spent some time playing this little Facebook game called The Test until I was ready for bed.
