I got up and got my coffee while the computer booted, then got parked on SL while also getting dressed and getting Casey up, dressed, and fed. I dropped him off at school at the usual time, then headed back home.
I had some more coffee while I took care of my free book & paid emails, then I headed to Aldi for some groceries. Then, I headed back home and got everything put away.
Cyn was up and got on SL with me, and we went shopping at a few places throughout the day. Otherwise, we just hung around chatting.
I picked Casey up from school at the usual time, then we headed back home. I stayed on SL while he did his thing.
Casey was being difficult about getting ready for bed. I had to keep asking him to do this or that, but he kept ignoring me in favor of the show he was watching on his tablet. I may have to implement a new rule that he doesn’t get his electronics after I ask him to get ready for bed. I don’t think he’d be too pleased about it, but it’s beyond ridiculous at this point. He spends too much time on devices. And yet, so do I.
As he was brushing his teeth, I sent Brad a Bitmoji, just saying hi. I actually heard back from him fairly quick. Once Casey was read to and tucked in, I chatted with both Brad via text and Cyn via SL while also watching an episode of Criminal Minds. Eventually, Brad invited me over. I got dressed while the show wrapped up, then headed to Kwik Trip for some drinks before making my way to his house.
We hung out, drinking and watching political shows on YouTube for a few hours, then went to bed. I might have whispered under my breath that I loved him, a little less under my breath than intended. I’m not sure he made sense of what I said, though. Once we were done with our usual lovemaking, we went to sleep.
