Rebecca messaged me right after I got home from dropping Casey off at school. She wanted to know if I wanted to go to La Crosse with her. She came and parked at the apartment, then we headed out.
We stopped by the southside Kwik Trip first for some drinks and food, then headed to Ross. We looked around and picked out some things, and she ended up paying for what I picked out! I got a new wallet and a matching cosmetic bag, a new lunch bag so I can sometimes take food to work, and some reusable sandwich and snack bags.
Once we’d finished at Ross, we went to Target to look at some more. I didn’t pick out anything there, though. Then we went to Applebee’s for lunch before heading back to Tomah.
After picking Casey up from school, we just hung out for the rest of the night doing our usual.

I’d been talking to this guy named Tim for a while, and we talked quite a bit throughout the day on Friday.
I did an InstaCart delivery, then stopped by KFC to spend a bit of the extra $10 tip I’d gotten as cash from the customer.
Casey’s teacher called me right as I was getting home with him after school, and told me about an incident that had happened. Basically, he’d written “stupid students” on his math page at school when he only should have written “students.” Apparently, he’d been mean a lot that week. He was playing with his toys at the time, so I quietly went and grabbed his Switch and phone and put them in my closet.
Dave came and picked Casey up when he got off work since I had to work early on Saturday. I filled Dave in on what Mrs. Ahrendt had said, and he agreed that about a week without electronics would be suitable.
Tim and I had made plans for dinner, but Dave was later than expected so I had to let Tim know I’d be late. He was very understanding.
We ate at Taphouse Twenty, formerly known as the Ground Round. It was really good. The conversation went well, and he said he wanted to hang out some more later but had to stop by his place.
I waited and waited but never heard more from him. Eventually, I just went to bed.

I had to work bright and early at 8am. The shift went pretty well. After work, I went and picked Casey up so he could spend the rest of the weekend with me.

Casey and I went to Perkins for breakfast, then went to Walmart to do some shopping. Otherwise, we just hung out all day. Casey spent the day watching some new show on the Roku.
It finally occurred to me that Tim had his kids for the weekend and so I may not hear from him.

I had a dentist appointment in the morning, then I stopped by the eye doctor to pick out my new glasses. I grabbed some Taco Bell for lunch, then headed back home and messed around on the computer a bit.
Dave picked Casey up after work so I could head to work. It was a bit of an earlier shift but started at an oddball time of 7.

I had a video Therapy appointment in the morning, where I filled Lisa in about my recent date and everything else that’s been going on lately. I also told her I want some techniques for dealing with stress because the physiological effects are hard to handle.
I’d started talking to this new guy not long ago, named Greg, that I met on POF. We seemed to have enough in common and he seemed like a nice guy. He works 2 jobs, one of which is at the KFC right next door to the Kwik Trip I work at. So, I went to get some KFC, hoping I may get a glimpse of him. I didn’t have any luck.
After getting Casey from school in the afternoon, we went by my work to get a few groceries, then we headed back home for the night.
Greg and I had made plans for him to come over. His ride got a flat tire so I went and picked him up. I was a bit nervous about having someone come over when I hadn’t met him in public yet, but I’ve done it before and I’m sure this wouldn’t be the last time either.
He was really nice, we got along well and he ended up staying the night.

Greg and I got up and took Casey to school, then stopped by the southside Kwik Trip before I went and dropped him off at his house. I headed back home and spent the day doing my usual.
Dave came and picked Casey up when he got off work so I could get ready for work. The shift went well. I was pretty tired afterward, but Greg wanted to hang out again so I went and picked him up and brought him back to my place.

Greg and I got up and got ready, and waited for Dave to drop Casey off before school. We took Casey to school, then he wanted to stop by Burger King. He bought us both some coffee, then we headed back to my place for a bit. He had to be at work at 9:30. I got him there a few minutes late due to our hanky panky lol.
I headed back home and started some laundry, I had to wash all my bedding. I had to run and get quarters, though, because I didn’t have enough to finish the 3 loads.
After picking Casey up from school, he went outside to play with the neighbor girl while I got a Kirby demonstration. That machine is pretty awesome, too bad I can’t afford one.
Greg stopped by to pick up his guitar for the night, but he couldn’t stay. He hadn’t been spending as much time with his kids because of meeting me. I don’t want to come between him and his kids, just like he doesn’t want to come between me and Casey. He said he might come by later on in the evening, but then the snowstorm came and he said he may not be able to.
I got on Black Desert and went to this temple to grind out some mobs. It was pretty intense, and I didn’t make as much from it as I would have liked. It was fun, though.
I headed to bed somewhat early.
