I got up and got some coffee while the computer booted, then took care of my free book & paid emails while Casey worked on some writing. Dave kept trying to intervene with Casey’s schoolwork since he was home.
Once my free book & paid emails were done, I got on Black Desert on the Xbox. I also made sure Casey got started on some reading. He had to do it on his computer instead of his phone because the phone app had an update and it was being really slow about doing it.
After Casey had finished all his schoolwork for the day, Dave started talking down to me about how I must have just sent him to work on his worksheets and not actually do anything to help him. Thankfully, Casey said he got the help he felt he needed.
I was sure to get my ad-rating project done for the day before I went to work at Kwik Trip.
Work went well. It was just more computer-based training, which was getting kind of tiresome, but it still went well.
After work, I hoped to be able to see Brad, but he’d had a very long day and was exhausted. It was nice to at least chat with him for a bit. I must have been tired as well because the sounds of his texts coming through kept scaring me.
I’d gotten back on Black Desert once I got home, so I kept playing on there until I couldn’t stay awake any longer.
