Got up and got my latte, then got parked on SL while getting Casey up, dressed, and fed. He got to open one birthday gift before school, which was a teleporting Enderman He was pretty happy with that. Dropped him off at school, then headed back home.
Got on ArcheAge and did my morning gardening, then took care of my free book and paid emails.
As I was leaving to go to Therapy, I couldn’t help but think and feel that my time with Lisa was coming to an end. At the same time, I’m still not confident in my ability to handle stressful situations, or to deal with Dave and his narcissism.
Therapy went well, I told her about the recent things with Daniel, and Dave, and also the Uber Eats deliveries from Wednesday. She was in about as much shock as I was at the time, about Daniel and Dave. She’s concerned about me falling into the same trap that I’m sure Cyn would be worried about if she knew what happened. But, she was proud of me for taking control. I’d set boundaries, and what happened next was my decision. She was excited about my Uber deliveries, and seemed almost relieved that I handled the social part of it ok. I took that opportunity to tell her about my time working at Panera.
After Therapy, I headed back home and got back to ArcheAge, playing on there until it was time to pick Casey up from school.
It sounded like Casey hadn’t had the best day. A girl said to Casey that it wasn’t his birthday, and he ended up crying under his desk for a while. And then someone else bumped into him during lunch and made him spill his orange cheese, so his pizza wasn’t quite what he’d hoped for.
Brought him back home and had him get on the toilet, and I got back to ArcheAge for a bit.
Ronda and Todd arrived a few minutes after Dave got home from work. Dave had gotten some Papa Murphy’s and I got those cooking. We all sat around the kitchen table for the next few hours, eating pizza, then eating cake, and finally opening gifts.
Casey got a Creeper ornament, a Paw Patrol Chase eraser, Monopoly Gamer Mariokart, Super Mario 3D Land for the Nintendo 3DS, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and some Yescube things. He was pretty excited about everything, especially the Mario stuff, but spent the most amount of time on the snakey cube things.
I let Casey stay up a little bit later, since it was his birthday. Ronda and Todd were still there anyway. Finally got him read to and tucked in a little after 8:30, then got back to ArcheAge.
I was able to participate in Halcy, which was nice. I need both the honor and the labor rewards. Then me, Cyn, and Brandon went to the Western Hiram Mountains to kill abyssals there, since I needed them. After that, we attempted to do the same in the Eastern Hiram Mountains, but we were all slaughtered by them. We kinda stood around thinking and talking for a bit, then decided to head to Diamond Shores. I needed to kill abyssals there for a quest, and could use the gear drops anyway.
Not long after I’d finished the quest there, I was ready for bed.
