I had a Therapy visit with Lisa at 11. It went pretty well, but I felt like I spent most of the time talking about this or that and not enough time focusing on how to cope with stress better, which is our last treatment goal to meet before I stop seeing her.

I was able to spend a bit of time with Greg after he got off work and before I had to go to work.

Work went pretty well, everything got done but I didn’t exactly get out of there when I wanted to. I didn’t get to see Greg after, which was a bit disappointing but understandable.
