This was a delicious vegetarian pasta bake. I cannot get enough of mushrooms, so it was right up my alley! I would make this dish again and again and again! It was a pretty simple recipe, just took time to cook everything. I’d never broiled a pasta bake, but it worked very well. I’ll have to keep that in mind for other pasta bakes I cook up!
