Crispy Tofu Buddha Bowl

This recipe was really simple to make. I did not receive the snap peas in my box, but fortunately had some on hand. The tofu did not really get crispy, despite being on the stove 3 times as long as the recipe stated to cook it. It was still very delicious and I would definitely make it again!
